| Corporate responsibility to set up a fully integrated Learning & Development Function to improve organizational capabilities by designing & developing training & learning strategies for all management & employees & institutionalizing a Learning Culture at this 2500 employee international dairy. Headquartered in Al-Khobar, plant operations include Hofuf, Bahrain, UAE, Kuwait & Qatar. MBA preferred, with CIPD or similar qualifications, HR disciplines. 10 - 15 years in HR with at least 10 years in Training in a leadership role from FMCG companies – training expertise in Sales / Marketing & Supply Chain environment important. Requirements include Proficient in English and an Arabic speaker with direct exposure to Sales trainings within FMCG with middle east experience.
